What makes us different

Four things our customers bring up on almost every job.

A husband and wife, not a call center

The person who measures your windows is the person who answers when you call about them two winters later.

Rochester and 60 miles out

The east side of Rochester, Macedon, and Fairport are home base, and we run jobs well past the city line.

No commissioned sales

Nobody here earns more by selling you more. You read the proposal, you sign it, and only then does the project start.

Openings up to 10 feet

Custom glass that most replacement companies in the area quote around or turn down entirely.

Our Services

Replacement Windows (Inserts)

The existing frame stays, the old sash comes out, the new window goes in. Faster, cleaner, and the right call for most homes with sound framing.

Full-Frame Replacement

Everything comes out down to the rough opening. The answer when there's rot, water damage, or you're changing the size of the opening.

New Construction Windows

Windows set into new framing on additions, builds, and gut renovations. We work off your plans and coordinate with your builder.

Custom Glass Rooms

Large custom windows and glass openings in widths up to 10 feet. We can't promise more sunny days in WNY, but we can help you enjoy every one of them.

Patio & Slider Doors

Sliding and swinging patio doors that seal properly and still glide in year ten. Sized to the opening you have or a new one.

Exterior Doors

Entry doors, storm doors, and side doors, installed to the same standard as the window work.

Garage Doors

The largest surface on the front of most homes here, and the cheapest curb appeal you can buy.

We also handle minor siding repair and framing when an install calls for it, so one crew closes the opening up properly instead of leaving it for someone else.

How it works

Three steps, and you know what happens at each one before we start.

1

Free consultation

We come to the house, measure every opening, and talk through what the home actually needs. No commissioned salesperson, and no number designed to be negotiated down.

2

We handle everything

Ordering, scheduling, permits where they apply, and the trim and siding work around the opening. You don't coordinate anything between us and a supplier.

3

Install

Our average is about two windows a day depending on the project. We clean up behind ourselves and walk the job with you before we leave.

Insert or full-frame?

Most companies decide this for you. We'd rather you understand the difference before the estimate, because it's the biggest single factor in what a project costs.

Replacement insert

The new window fits inside your existing frame, so your interior and exterior trim stays untouched.

  • Right when the existing frame is solid
  • Keeps original trim and siding intact
  • Less labor, lower cost per opening
  • Glass area shrinks slightly

Full-frame replacement

The old window comes out down to the studs, and we rebuild the opening from there.

  • Right when there's rot or water damage
  • Lets you change the size or style of the opening
  • We see and fix what's behind the frame
  • More labor, and trim work comes with it

What Rochester says

Pulled live from Google, so what's on this page is what's on our profile.

Why Us

You need new windows, but finding the right contractor feels overwhelming.

We're a husband and wife team with kids, so we understand how much quality windows matter to a home and to a heating bill. We started this company because the only choices around here seemed to be a big-box store you install yourself or a high-pressure salesperson quoting outrageous prices.

This isn't about starting another business. It's about helping people stay comfortable in the homes they already love without taking out a second mortgage to replace their windows.

Quality. Integrity. Craftsmanship.
