Brockport is a canal village on the west side of Monroe County, and home to SUNY Brockport.
Brockport has a historic village core with a lot of nineteenth and early twentieth century homes, surrounded by postwar neighborhoods and rural properties. Near the college there are plenty of older homes that have been converted to rentals, where windows tend to get patched rather than replaced.
For landlords with several units, we can measure and quote multiple properties in one visit and stage the installs to keep turnover downtime short.
The full range, same as everywhere else we work:
It depends on your frames, not on your town. Push a thumbnail into the wood at the bottom corners of a few windows. If it gives, that opening needs full-frame work. If it's solid, an insert will cost you less and keep your trim. We explain the whole difference on our installation techniques page.
How a Brockport job runs. We come out and measure every opening ourselves. You get a written proposal with no commissioned salesperson attached to it and nothing owed until you approve it. On install day we average about two windows a day depending on the opening, we clean up behind ourselves, and we walk the job with you before we leave.
We also work in Spencerport, Hilton, Albion, and more than twenty other towns around Rochester. See the full service area.
Free in-home consultation, no commissioned salesperson, and nothing owed until you approve the proposal.
